The flavours

Rich Belgium chocolate fudge
Delectable moist chocolate cake made with the finest Belgium chocolate and filled with a choice of chocolate buttercream, home-made fresh raspberry curd or home-made salted caramel

Chocolate and orange
Dark chocolate cake infused with my fresh orange syrup.  Filled with rich chocolate ganache and a zesty orange buttercream

Cookies and cream
Moist fudgy cake filled with layers of vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate cookie crumble and chocolate ganache

Black Forest
Perfect match of chocolate and black cherries filled with chocolate truffle & cherry filling

Red Velvet
A tradition Southern USA recipe, filled with delicious white chocolate buttercream and toasted pecan nuts (optional)

Traditional Victoria sponge                          
A light, buttery sponge infused filled with lashings of soft vanilla bean buttercream and home-made strawberry or raspberry preserve.  Add a twist with alternative fillings: rose buttercream or fresh berry compote/passion fruit/mango mousse/blackcurrant etc

Lavender and honey
A subtle flavoured sponge, filled with lavender and honey buttercream. A perfect Spring/Summer cake

Luscious fresh lemon
A Cake Fest favourite – infused with fresh lemons, layered with tangy home-made lemon curd and fresh lemon buttercream

Lemon and elderflower
Lemon and elderflower flavoured sponge, buttery and moist, infused with a lemon & elderflower syrup, generously filled with an elderflower and mascarpone buttercream. Perfect for Spring/Summer celebrations!

Lime and coconut
Zesty and tropical – infused with fresh limes and toasted coconut, layered with home-made lime curd and creamy coconut buttercream. Also yummy with passion fruit curd

Whole orange spice cake
Infused with fresh oranges making a marmalade-y cake which is lightly spiced and filled with orange curd and mascarpone buttercream

Best banana cake
Banana and cinnamon cake made with rich buttermilk and filled with either a smooth peanut butter buttercream or a lovely toffee buttercream

Ultimate carrot and orange cake
A deliciously moist and wholesome carrot cake infused with cinnamon, star anise and orange spiced soaking syrup with orange buttercream.  A perfect alternative to fruit cake

Spiced pumpkin and caramel
A moist cake with just the right amount of spice, filled with creamy caramel buttercream or salted caramel.  Perfect for autumn weddings

Sticky ginger and butterscotch
A rich, dark warm stem ginger cake with home-made butterscotch buttercream

Cappuccino coffee and walnut                     
A re-mastered recipe of this nostalgic coffee and walnut cake, infused with my special coffee syrup  and filled with rich mocha coffee buttercream icing. Walnuts can be optional

Helen’s boozy fruit cake
Rich and moist, made with a combination of several fruits, candid peel and nuts (optional). Marinated in French Brandy, Amaretto or my spiced Rum for at least 3 months

*Many of the flavours above can be produced for gluten free diets.  Vegan and dairy free diets can also be catered for.

Please be aware that all my cakes are made and stored in a kitchen in which nuts are used
